RETOURZENDINGEN EN TERUGBETALINGEN
Wij hopen dat uw nieuwe artikelen u veel sprankelende vreugde zullen brengen! Als u om welke reden dan ook wilt ruilen of retourneren, volg dan de onderstaande instructies.
- Zorg ervoor dat alle artikelen de originele verpakking hebben, ongebruikt zijn en geen beschadigingen vertonen. Als er vlekken of ander vuil op de producten zitten, wordt er €5,- in mindering gebracht op uw restitutie (per item).
- Vul de gegevens op het retourformulier in en stuur het ons binnen 30 dagen na levering toe.

Wij bieden geen gratis retourzendingen als u van gedachten verandert, dus ga naar het plaatselijke postkantoor en zij zullen u begeleiden naar de goedkoopste en soepelste verzending.
Wij bieden wel gratis retourzendingen aan als het product niet overeenkomt met de productbeschrijving en staat zoals op de getoonde webshop.
Uw terugbetaling wordt binnen 10 dagen na aankomst in ons magazijn verwerkt. U ontvangt een e-mail zodra uw retourzending/terugbetaling is verwerkt.

Dolls garandeert dat alle producten in complete staat worden verzonden en in complete staat bij de klant aankomen. Indien het product in onvolledige staat bij de klant aankomt, zal Dolls het artikel vervangen en volgt de klant met een terugzending van het productartikel op kosten van Dolls.

We offer waterproof jewelry that does not loses its color over time. We want you to enjoy our pieces for a life long. Therefore I Wear Dolls guarantees the first year of the item for complete color loss. If an item, by production failure, loses its complete color, the customer can prove this by first sending pictures of the item to: info@iweardolls.com. Once agreed on the defect the item will be replaced once the customer has send it back to Dolls for inspection. If the product is not in the collection anymore the customer can choose a product of the same value or request a gift card of the value.
